Creator Acquisitions - Partnerships Lead

Remote | Timezone: GMT+3 (Partial overlap with Lisbon hours required)

Salary: Up to US$135K Per Annum (60/40 OTE)

We are looking for Hunters to identify and acquire creators for the platform. If you have experience in creator talent acquisition, digital native platforms, or influencer marketing, we want to hear from you.

• Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial/revenue leadership within creator or ad-driven platforms, especially in Sales and Business Development. We seek Hunters with strong strategic fundamentals.
• Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial function focused on platform monetization.
• Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto sectors.
• Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
• Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
• Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, revenue-sharing models, and vertical growth.
• Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
• Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Must understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3/token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones.
