Job summary

Gap UK is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to lead impactful brand storytelling in-store, translating visual guidelines into compelling displays across Menswear, Womenswear, Kids and Baby.

You'll coach and develop the store team in visual principles, analyse floor layouts and KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to align visual priorities with business goals, adapting quickly to trends and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in visual merchandising at a senior or assistant manager level.
• Excellent creative styling, layout interpretation and mannequin presentation skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance visual impact and sales performance.
• Ability to read and act on store sales reports and KPIs to inform visual decisions.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create inspiring product displays and mannequin presentations.
