We're a content-led brand where video drives performance. From scroll-stopping ads to creative showcases, we're building a lean in-house team that blends culture, commerce, and creativity.

Role Summary

We're hiring a video-first creative to shoot and edit high-performing content for paid social. You'll focus on fast, native formats built for Meta, TikTok and other core channels

This role is execution-led, working closely with and reporting into the Creative Strategist. With your focus being making content that performs shot clean, edited fast, and designed to convert.

Requirements

  • A fast-moving video creative who understands what performs on paid social and why
  • Confident shooting predominantly on iPhone comfortable balancing scrappy content with clean, elevated results
  • Strong editing instincts for Meta and TikTok, with experience in short-form formats that use motion text, kinetic typography, and bold transitions to drive scroll-stopping impact
  • Proficient in CapCut and Premiere Pro. Bonus points if you've explored or other emerging tools that speed up the workflow
  • Detail-oriented editor who can take a performance brief and deliver strong assets
  • Able to manage a content pipeline independently, from ingesting raw files to final delivery, while staying reactive to what's working in performance data

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute against creative briefs provided by the Creative Strategist
  • Shoot and edit performance content built for paid social, across product, creator, and brand angles
  • Lead content production from raw shoot footage to final edited deliverables
  • Take internal shoot footage, creator UGC, and campaign assets and turn them into high-converting ads
  • Continuously evolve editing styles and formats based on results
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of working files, exports, and content tagging
  • Support internal shoot logistics where needed filming, lighting, and setup for iPhone
  • Handle weekly creative editing load across Meta and TikTok testing priorities
