Job description

£42,187 - £50,964 + excellent benefits

Our clinicians are fulfilled by making positive changes in young people's lives, celebrating small victories along the way.

This role is based across two local children's homes in Rugby, working full-time.

The homes are connected to two local schools (Avon Park & Dovetree School), which have on-site clinical teams providing occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, and psychology. We have a dedicated Assistant Psychologist for the homes.

As part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential staff to create therapeutic environments, provide individual interventions, assess mental health, and develop personalized care plans. Building rapport with young people is essential for effective counseling and feedback.
