Job summary

DixonBaxi is seeking a Creative Developer/Creative Technologist to join our London studio. With around 3 years' experience in design or front-end engineering, you’ll sit at the intersection of design, technology and experimentation and help shape interactive experiences, prototypes and tools.

You’ll work with designers and strategists to turn ambitious ideas into brands experiences for clients like TikTok, Netflix and Formula 1, moving ideas from concept to working prototypes and products.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in design or front-end engineering.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to translate ideas into code.
• Portfolio of work showing interactions, prototypes and code.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, test and iterate with designers, strategists and creatives.
• Bring technical thinking early in the creative process.
• Explore emerging technologies (Generative AI, creative coding) and apply to brand challenges.
• Build tools and experiments to help teams work differently.
• Share discoveries to raise team capability in this space.
