Responsibilities
  1. Developing creative concepts and campaign ideas from brief to final delivery.
  2. Leading the execution of creative ideas alongside our Creative Production and Visual Content teams, utilizing our game.
  3. Collaborating with internal partners such as regional activation and partnership teams, media, social media, and communications to ensure global creative standards are met and the quality of work is maintained.
  4. Developing the brand and campaign's creative language standards to establish consistent communication standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience at an advertising agency (preferred) or in-house for another brand at a mid-weight level.
  • Experience in sports, specifically in global football.
  • Proven track record of creating award-winning work for global brands, including regional adaptation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to galvanize teams around an idea.

This role does not include managerial responsibilities.
