Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with our children in the classroom.

Ideally this would suit someone that is passionate about and has previous experience working with Children.

Additional certificates or training in teaching or early years education would be desirable but not essential as further training will be provided.

Starting salary: £21,000pa- £26,000pa (negotiable) + excellent further training and career progression opportunities, paid holidays. Option to work either all year round or Term time only.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Assisting class teacher in planning and implementing creative and learning activities for children in line with the different areas of learning such as art, sports, music, literacy.
• encouraging social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
• Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones
• Playing games with children and supervising play and nature walks.
