Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual to join our team as a Creative Talent Coordinator, a hybrid role that combines the creative vision of a designer with the organisational skills of a junior talent agent. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about the entertainment, fashion, and wellness industries who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys both creative and talent-facing responsibilities.

You’ll support both the visual and operational sides of our talent agency - helping shape our creative output while working closely with models, dancers, and industry professionals on bookings, auditions, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Support

  • Design and produce visual assets for web, social, marketing, and print including decks, social media posts, show packs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Create and edit video content (audition tapes, behind-the-scenes footage, promo reels) and photography for internal and external use.
  • Manage and update websites and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, SquareSpace); maintain digital content including talent profiles and media libraries.
  • Implement email campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Liaise with printers and suppliers for physical materials, understanding specifications and production timelines.

Talent Coordination & Agency Support

  • Support senior agents in talent management across the dance and modelling rosters.
  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding new talent; maintain and update talent materials including CVs, portfolios, and reels.
  • Schedule auditions, go-sees, bookings, and meetings between talent and clients or creatives.
  • Liaise with casting directors, producers, stylists, choreographers, and clients to coordinate auditions and opportunities.
  • Represent the agency and talent at industry events, shoots, and castings where needed.

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Maintain internal databases and booking platforms (e.g., MediaSlide), and manage calendars for talent and agents.
  • Monitor and respond to client and talent communications via email with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, castings, and opportunities across dance, modelling, and fashion sectors.
  • Support agency operations with general administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creatively minded, highly organised team player with a passion for talent and design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro); knowledge of Illustrator and After Effects is a plus.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and editing tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with both talent and clients.
  • A strong understanding of the fashion, dance, and/or entertainment industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and juggle shifting priorities with grace.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in talent management, production, casting, or a creative agency environment.
  • Comfortable attending events and castings; adaptable to fast-moving situations.
  • Knowledge of booking systems like MediaSlide is a bonus.

Why Join Us? You’ll be part of a small but passionate team where creativity, collaboration, and initiative are highly valued.

If you’re comfortable behind a camera, in a design program, and on a call with a casting director, we’d love to hear from you.

Please send your CV along with a short portfolio or reel showcasing your creative work. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short creative task.
