Synechron is looking for a talented Creative Manager to join the team. The candidate must hold a natural creative flair with a strong visual approach to problem solving and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in the AI and technology realm is desired.
We are seeking a highly organised and visionary Creative Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our in-house (or agency) creative team. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
Role:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation
Monitor and uphold creative quality and consistency across all output, in line with brand guidelines
Oversee the design process from concept to brand development, implementing a seamless creative process, right through to project completion
Serve as the business partner between the creative team and internal/external clients, translating briefs into actionable tasks
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Implement and optimise project management systems and processes (e.g. Jira, Monday.com, ServiceNow)
Bring the Synechron brand to life across a range of media, including website, communications, social media, physical spaces, digital. Ensure consistently compelling outputs
Form ideas that push beyond the required - stay current with the latest design trends and incorporating them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design
Experience:
A visionary design thinker with a strong understanding of branding
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative production or studio management role, ideally within a design, advertising, or marketing environment
Proven experience managing creative teams and workflows
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory
Mac proficient user with experience across industry standard software - Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, AfterEffects). Also proficient with Microsoft tools – PPT and Excel. Experience with Figma and AI tools
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Understanding of creative disciplines including graphic design, motion, copywriting, video, and digital production
