Creative Structural Designer | Luxury Packaging | London | Up to £60k

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and designing innovative, high-quality packaging solutions that push creative boundaries while meeting luxury brand standards
• Organising and leading engaging design workshops with key customers, inspiring collaboration and bringing creative visions to life
• Generating and translating fresh ideas into practical, cutting-edge CAD packaging designs
• Demonstrating and applying a deep understanding of diverse production and assembly manufacturing processes to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible
• Liaising and collaborating with project managers, packaging technicians, and procurement teams to deliver a seamless, streamlined customer experience from concept through to completion

Key attributes required:

• Experienced with CAD, graphics, 3D software packages, illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to understand the insights behind designs
• Essential packaging design experience, ideally in beauty/cosmetics/luxury markets
• Prepared to work to strict deadlines and manage project timelines
