Job summary

Afina is hiring a Creative Strategist to own our creative from first idea to final ad. You’ll develop concepts, write scripts, oversee editors, and use data to optimize weekly campaigns.

This is a remote, high-growth role with ownership of research to delivery, multiple batches per week, and opportunities to scale. Experience in direct response and performance creative is valued, with equity options and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct response or performance creative.
• Portfolio of ads or content with measurable results.
• Strong creative strategy and storytelling skills.
• Ability to own end-to-end from research to delivery, including scripting and editing.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative from concept to final ad.
• Develop research angles, hooks, and scripts for weekly campaigns.
• Lead editors and creators to execute high-quality creatives.
• Use data to continuously improve ad performance and scale output.

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own our creative from first idea to final ad.

You'll come up with the concepts, write the scripts, run the creators and editors, and use the data to make every week's ads better than the last.

This is a remote job. What you’ll own: Everything from research, angles, hooks, and scripting to editing and final, launch-ready creatives.

At least 10 creative batches per week, with opportunities to scale volume based on performance.

What we’re looking for: Strong creative strategy and direct-response marketing fundamentals An eye for winning hooks, angles, storytelling and ad performance.

High-quality editing skills and fast execution Ability to take full ownership from research to delivery Nice to Have: Experience with creative analytics platforms (Motion, Foreplay, Minea).

Background in direct response or performance creative.

You’ve built a creative learnings database or wiki before.

Portfolio showcasing ads or content you’ve concepted that drove measurable results.

Experience working with DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands in the beauty, wellness, or home space.
