99ads is looking for a Creative Strategist with extensive online advertising experience for DTC brands. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies to create high-performing social media ads so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1 and above - written and verbal).
• At least 4+ years experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to TikTok, Meta for DTC brands).
• Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency is preferable.
• A strong understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).
• Copywriting experience is preferable.
• Proven experience in a data-driven role.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Commitment Required

Full time: 160 hours/month. Monday - Friday
