Creative Strategist – High-Growth DTC Brand

Are you a creative thinker who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, data, and performance? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling DTC brand disrupting their space through science-led innovation and a fresh approach to marketing.

As Creative Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping performance-driven content across paid social and emerging channels. From insights to ideation, you’ll own the ad production process- helping the business scale creative output while maintaining clarity, quality, and a strong focus on conversion. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role at a company redefining its category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate data, customer insights and testing results into compelling creative strategies and ad concepts
  • Script and storyboard engaging video ads that convert from new concepts to refreshed iterations
  • Lead brainstorms and contribute to creative direction across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Continuously test and iterate creative assets to optimise performance and engagement
  • Report on creative performance and recommend next steps based on results

Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced in creative strategy, paid social, or a DTC marketing role
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative impacts results
  • Confident in turning insights into persuasive messaging and high-quality ad scripts
  • Hands-on experience with Meta or similar platforms is a plus (but not essential)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home)
