We are seeking a passionate and innovative Creative Strategist to drive the creative direction of our commercial projects at Minute Media. In this role, you will blend consumer insights, storytelling, and data to craft compelling content strategies and creative campaigns for global Minute Media clients. The ideal candidate excels when working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and collaboration, and thrives when shaping creative work that resonates globally and drives results.
What You’ll Do
- Leading our ideation process by translating commercial client objectives into creative direction and impactful campaign concepts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional global teams to craft and pitch innovative creative strategies for worldwide brand campaigns in alignment with our brand identity.
- Conduct detailed research on industry trends, competitors, consumer behaviours, and cultural shifts to inform creative and commercial decisions.
- Translate complex data and audience insights into digestible, actionable narratives.
- Guide the development of creative briefs, brand narratives, and campaign messaging.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing meetings.
- Act as a strategic advisor during creative reviews, ensuring alignment with the initial strategy.
- Be a great team mate - support your colleagues, assume positive intent, and approach your work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Requirements
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience in a media, strategy, content, creative role — ideally within an agency, media, or brand environment.
- Experience in developing innovative, successful campaigns for global brands across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding and interest in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent storyteller who designs effective narratives and communicates them with impact to engage a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to synthesise insights from multiple sources into a clear strategic vision.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Slides/PowerPoint, Keynote, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Figma, Notion).
- Knowledge and passion for sport is key, as our clients trust us to connect their offering to sports fans.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Background in copywriting or visual storytelling is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media dashboards).
- Experience working with or managing creatives and production teams.
