About the Role
Trivandi is in an exciting phase of growth. Over the last year, we’ve doubled our headcount, introduced five new business offerings, increased our forecasted revenue by 40%, increased our number of client projects by 40%, entered new sectors and new territories, launched a bold new brand and website, and unveiled our vision to professionalise the industry through education, innovation, research and intelligence.
Trivandi is an ambitious, fast-moving and continually evolving organisation and we are looking for an equally ambitious, adaptable and motivated creative strategist to lead our newly formed Creative Design Studio and elevate the creativity and quality of our marketing and business development materials.
This role will sit at the intersection of strategic thinking and creative execution, ensuring all creative output not only inspires but delivers against business objectives. You will be responsible for unifying storytelling, design, and content across all proposals, materials and channels, as well as building a high-performing creative function that positions Trivandi as a world-class experience agency.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Storytelling:
o Develop and direct the creative vision and storytelling approach for marketing, business development and bid proposals, ensuring each piece of work is conceptually strong, strategically sound, and emotionally compelling.
o Translate complex ideas and business propositions into clear, persuasive narratives supported by strong visuals and messaging.
o Act as the creative voice in the room for pitches, promotional decks and campaign development, aligning creative concepts with business goals and audience insight.
Brand Guardianship and Assurance:
o Serve as Trivandi’s brand guardian, responsible for maintaining and evolving a strong, cohesive visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
o Oversee brand assurance processes, ensuring that all outputs – from pitch decks to marketing campaigns – reflect Trivandi’s tone of voice, personality, and quality standards.
o Embed brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across global offices and project teams.
Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including in-house, freelance and agency designers, copywriters, animators, film editors, 3D visualisers and more.
o Build and manage a network of freelance creatives and agencies to scale delivery as needed, while maintaining creative quality.
o Nurture a studio culture rooted in collaboration, creative excellence, and shared ambition.
Proposal and Bid Support:
o Partner with Bid Leads from the moment an RFP is received to shape the narrative, structure and creative direction of proposals.
o Ensure each submission is visually distinctive, emotionally resonant, and effectively communicates our value proposition.
o Lead the integration of creative formats including renderings, films, motion graphics, infographics, and immersive storytelling techniques.
Studio Operations and Process Optimisation:
o Establish and implement efficient workflows, tools, and templates for creative project delivery across marketing and proposals.
o Drive resource planning and project scoping to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
o Build a scalable structure that enables consistency and quality across all outputs while allowing space for creativity and experimentation.
Marketing Campaigns and Content Development:
o Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ideate and produce high-impact campaign assets, social media visuals, presentations and promotional material.
o Lead the creative direction for Trivandi campaigns and high-visibility content that showcases Trivandi’s expertise, personality, and global reach.
Innovation and Industry Insight:
o Stay ahead of creative, cultural and industry trends to inspire fresh thinking and innovation.
o Benchmark against top-tier experience agencies and bring forward ideas that elevate our creative edge.
o Encourage a test-and-learn mindset and proactively explore emerging formats and tools.
o Leverage AI tools to enhance creative ideation, content development, trend analysis, and strategic planning, while staying up-to-date on emerging AI technologies relevant to the creative process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Personal Skills and Experience
The key knowledge, experience, and qualifications we are looking for include:
· 7+ years’ experience in a senior creative or creative strategy role within an agency and/or fast-paced in-house team.
· Experience working in the sports, events and live entertainment industry
· Strong portfolio of brand, campaign, and/or pitch work that combines narrative, design, and conceptual thinking.
· Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling stories, aligned to strategic business objectives
· Demonstrated experience shaping creative responses for proposals, bids, or campaigns — from concept to execution.
· Experience managing and directing creative teams, both in-house and freelance, across multiple disciplines (e.g. design, video, copy, animation).
· A sharp eye for detail, tone, and visual coherence across creative formats and channels.
· Confident navigating fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities.
· Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and experience working across marketing, business development, and leadership functions.
· Comfortable working across UK, MENA and global markets with cultural and contextual awareness.
