ProCook is seeking an innovative Creative Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will shape our brand narrative and enhance customer experience through strategic content development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee creative strategies for paid social media ads, aligning with performance goals.
  • Write and refine ad copy, hooks, and messaging frameworks to support campaign KPIs.
  • Advise on influencer selection based on content style and performance potential.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative briefs for influencer-generated content.
  • Guide influencers and creators on content formats, CTA integration, and storytelling.
  • Analyze creative performance and refine content based on data insights.
  • Lead storyboarding and scripting to ensure engaging, on-brand content tailored to platforms.
  • Oversee A/B testing variations to improve ad performance.
  • Identify high-performing content for repurposing or adaptation for paid campaigns.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in paid social creative strategy, content marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing and creative testing.
  • Experience in writing ad copy, scripting, and developing content for paid campaigns.
  • Experience working with influencers and content creators.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising best practices and platform trends.
  • Analytical skills to use data insights for creative refinement.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams.
  • A passion for food, cooking, and kitchenware is a bonus!
