Houston & Hawkes is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a leading corporate kitchen in Stoke-on-Trent. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes, maintain high standards and lead a kitchen team. Prior Sous Chef experience or readiness for the next step is essential.

Formación

• Hands-on chef with a passion for fresh food.
• Experience or readiness to step up from Junior Sous Chef to leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills and calm under busy service.
• Excellent hygiene, allergen awareness and kitchen safety.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal dishes to high standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
• Manage stock, orders, portions and food waste reduction.
• Collaborate with catering team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
