The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join Chet’s team in West London. You will support the Head Chef in leading a large kitchen, developing staff talent, and ensuring smooth service with high hygiene standards.

You’ll contribute to a creative, evolving menu and drive standards while fostering a motivated team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. A strong hospitality passion is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Proven track record managing large kitchen teams.
• Creative approach while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in leading a large, dynamic kitchen team.
• Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team to bring out their best.
• Ensure smooth service with on-time orders and deliveries and high food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on new ideas and techniques for a creative, evolving menu.
• Drive standards and find efficient solutions while maintaining menu integrity.
• Lead by example to create a positive, empowered team culture for guest and staff experiences.
