Description du poste

Our Role

Reporting to the Senior Creative Producer, the Creative Shoot Producer will work across the production and delivery of inspiring stills and video across campaign, print, digital, social and e-commerce channels, with particular responsibility for casting and video post-production.

You will oversee shoots from brief to final delivery, ensuring every asset reflects The White Company’s distinctive aesthetic and connects with our customer. With a strong eye for fashion and talent, you will translate creative direction into thoughtful casting and well-planned productions that bring our collections to life.

You will build relationships with model agencies, photographers, fashion stylists, directors, DOPs, editors and post-production partners. Working closely with Art Direction, Creative and Marketing, you will manage budgets, schedules and approvals, ensuring stills and moving image are considered together from the outset.

Highly organised and commercially astute, you will combine confident talent negotiation with a detailed understanding of both stills and video workflows, guiding projects through to delivery while maintaining creative quality and brand consistency.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner with Buying & Merchandising, Marketing and Creative to define seasonal campaign asset requirements and develop production plans, shot lists and detailed budgets for approval.
  • Manage pre-production, on-set production and logistics for UK and overseas shoots. Book creative teams, locations, studios and travel; manage call sheets, shoot schedules, samples and outfittings with relevant teams.

  • Manage casting for seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, social and video, translating creative briefs into clear talent requirements that reflect the brand, customer and collection.
  • Research emerging and established models and talent; build agency relationships and present considered shortlists with portfolios, digitals and movement references where relevant.
  • Negotiate fees and usage across agreed channels, territories and durations. Manage supplier costs and reconciliations; flag risks early, oversee stills post-production.
  • Support junior production and shoot assistant colleagues to deliver consistently high standards.
  • Manage video post-production schedules and budgets, agreeing deliverables, edit milestones, review rounds and final delivery dates before each shoot.
  • Manage video editors, colourists, and sound specialist partners. Consolidate stakeholder feedback and secure approvals at each stage.
  • Oversee hero films, cutdowns and channel-specific versions, checking aspect ratios, durations, audio, captions and export specifications before delivery; deliver approved assets with accurate naming, version control and metadata to the DAM system.
The skills & experience that you’ll need
  • Significant relevant production experience, ideally within fashion, retail or editorial, delivering stills and video from brief to final asset.
  • A strong visual eye and clear understanding of photography, styling, composition and brand storytelling.
  • Proven casting experience and established relationships with model agencies and creative talent, and confidence negotiating talent fees, usage rights and supplier contracts.
  • Substantial experience managing video post-production, including edit briefs, schedules, review rounds, grading, sound, graphics, captions and final delivery.
