Creative Services / Resource Manager (6 Month FTC to Perm)

Hybrid (WFH Mondays and Fridays)

Agency side experience required.

The ideal candidate will be organised and calm, able to filter out the noise and focus on priorities, resilient, and capable of working well in a fast-paced environment.

A strong communicator (written and verbal) at all levels and with different types of personalities is essential.

Ability to build rapport with creatives is crucial.

Positive and personable – we are providing a service and this role has many key stakeholders.

An outgoing, bubbly character with good vibes and energy is preferred.

The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for:

  • Resource management/planning for the creative services team.
  • Point of contact for all creative and design resource requirements, including assessing current work.
  • Allocation and finding the right people with the right skills to do the job.
  • Providing regular reporting to the leadership team on utilisation and capacity within the team.
  • Daily stand-ups with the teams to ensure that work is manageable and effectively delivered.
  • Managing weekly resource meetings with CS & PM and department heads.
  • Identifying any clashes and possible resource problems and delivering solutions and efficiencies going forward, escalating where needed.
  • Ensuring utilisation and timesheets are recorded correctly and are up to date.
  • Managing new starter onboarding – liaising with IT, HR, and finance to ensure key new starters are set up correctly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
