Job description

Our brilliant Marketing Department is on the lookout for a Creative Resource Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and knows how to keep creative engines running smoothly.

This isn’t just a scheduling role—it’s a pivotal position that sits at the heart of our creative operations. You'll be the vital link between project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring our Brand Design team consistently deliver standout output.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project Management

• Lead the full lifecycle of creative projects from briefing through to final delivery
• Own project timelines, keeping teams aligned and deliverables on track
• Spot and resolve workflow bottlenecks before they impact output
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders across every stage

Team Coordination & Resource Management

• Allocate creative resources efficiently, balancing workloads across internal teams and freelancers
• Collaborate with creative leads to prioritize tasks and adjust plans as needs shift
• Lead regular team meetings—from kick-offs to status checks—to ensure clarity and momentum
• Track team capacity and escalate resourcing needs when required

Workflow Optimization

• Implement and refine best practices, tools, and processes to streamline collaboration
• Provide training and support on project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Float
• Keep the team moving forward efficiently without compromising on creativity

Budget & Performance Oversight

• Monitor project budgets and track financial performance
• Report on key metrics, turning insights into action to improve delivery and efficiency

Brand Stewardship

• Uphold Red Bull’s brand values and standards in every deliverable
• Ensure the work reflects the premium, innovative edge Red Bull is known for

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in a studio, creative, or agency environment (bonus if in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle)
• A proven track record managing Brand and Content teams.
• Strong command of project/resource management tools like Float, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills
• A deep understanding of the creative process from concept to execution
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Passion for creative excellence and delivering world-class work
