Job summary

Maiden Erlegh School is seeking a term-time reprographics technician to run the copying, laminating and binding service and to keep printers working, with a 20-hour week across five days where possible.

You will support teachers in creating classroom resources, produce school publications such as the Pulse newsletter, and assist with displays and social media content, while ensuring confidentiality and DBS checks are in place.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Experience with design, publishing and/or reprographics equipment.
• Enhanced DBS check and references required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a reprographics service: photocopying, laminating and binding.
• Support teachers in creating and producing classroom resources.
• Manage printing devices and liaise with contractors to resolve faults.
• Produce school publications, including the Pulse newsletter.
• Support marketing, social media content and communication materials.
• Assist with displays, display boards and digital content.
