Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our fast-growing marketing and creative team in Milton Keynes. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of print, digital and motion projects for a gaming and entertainment client, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring on-brand, high-quality output.

Based in Milton Keynes with onsite presence three days per week, you will own timelines, budgets and scope while guiding a small team of artworkers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering small-to-medium complexity projects within an on-site studio, agency or production environment.
• Good understanding of creative production workflows across print, digital and motion, as well as campaign development and multi-market delivery.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator able to engage cross-functional internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Growing commercial awareness with some experience managing budgets, scope and risk.
• Experience using project management and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• A primary contact for small-to-medium complexity projects across print, digital and motion.
• Own discovery, brief interrogation, scope definition, timelines, dependencies and risk management for assigned projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, maintaining best practice project documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and expected quality.
• Alongside the Creative Lead, manage the time and priorities of a team of 2 creative artworkers to ensure alignment between delivery and resourcing decisions.
