THG Beauty in Manchester is seeking a Creative Project Manager to act as the operational engine of our in-house Creative team. You’ll own the flow of work across Creative, Content, Artwork and Edit by creating visibility across briefs, timelines, resource, feedback and delivery while ensuring projects move forward.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative and Marketing teams to bring structure to a fast-paced environment, anticipate bottlenecks, and unblock delivery to enable the team to do

Qualifications

• Experience in creative project management, traffic management or creative operations.
• Experience managing integrated creative projects and multiple deliverables.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and approval processes.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience using project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Workfront or similar.

Responsabilités

• Manage creative projects from brief through to final delivery.
• Build and maintain timelines, milestones and critical paths.
• Ensure briefs are complete and ready before work begins.
• Track actions, dependencies, feedback and approvals.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers.
