Job summary

The Fix Creative Ltd is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager for a fully office-based role in Surbiton, Surrey. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, technical and production teams, managing multiple projects from brief through to installation.

You will oversee timelines and budgets, collaborate across Design, Studio, Print, Fabrication and Logistics, and mentor junior team members.

Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands and luxury retailers, our client delivers exceptional creative solutions, from initial concept and design through to manufacturing, production and installation.

Their expertise spans creative and technical design, artworking, large-format print, fabrication, visual merchandising, experiential brand activations and sustainable production.

Projects range from bespoke retail graphics and seasonal campaigns to large-scale rollouts, immersive brand experiences and complex production installations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Project Manager to join a talented and collaborative team, taking ownership of high-profile projects from brief through to completion.

The Role

As Creative Project Manager, you will act as the key link between clients and internal creative, technical and production teams.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing every stage of delivery to ensure work is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

The role combines hands‑on project management, client relationship management and commercial responsibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of project delivery.

For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to develop and lead an Accounts Hub, managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative production projects from initial brief through to final installation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate closely with internal Design, Studio, Print, Fabrication, Logistics and Installation teams.
• Provide creative input and visual merchandising guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional quality standards.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support the growth of existing client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, project briefings and creative development sessions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support and mentor junior team members, encouraging best practice across project and account management.

About You

We are looking for an experienced, commercially aware Project Manager with a strong background in creative production and excellent client‑facing skills.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven project management experience within a creative production agency, luxury retail, visual merchandising, experiential, print, brand activation or similar environment.
• Experience managing projects from concept through to production and installation.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience working closely with creative, technical and production teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach.
• A genuine interest in creative production, luxury brands and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Location & Working Arrangements

This is a fully office-based position in Surbiton, Surrey, working Monday to Friday.

Applicants must be comfortable commuting to Surbiton five days per week, as the role requires close collaboration with the agency’s creative and production teams.
