The Role

As Creative Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, digital specialists and external partners, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage creative and digital projects end-to-end, from scoping and resourcing through to delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between clients, account teams, and creative specialists.
  • Build timelines, track budgets, and manage resources across multiple projects.
  • Keep projects on schedule, identifying and mitigating risks early.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with client objectives and brand standards.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at every stage.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within an agency environment (creative, marketing, or digital).
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows — from briefing to production.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a knack for spinning multiple plates at once.
  • Confident communicator, able to manage client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Contract: Inside IR35
  • Location: Nottingham (5 days on-site)
  • Start: Immediate / short notice preferred
  • Day Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
