Major players are working with a globally recognized restaurant group seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join as a Creative Project Executive.

This role involves conducting creative research, generating innovative ideas, developing concepts, and executing them. You will ensure high-quality output by assessing briefs, defining requirements, managing workflows, and delivering print assets on time.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage updates to print materials, ensuring accurate content and implementation across assets.
2. Collaborate with third-party suppliers like artists, signwriters, and photographers.
3. Work with local marketing teams to maintain high creative standards and handle ad-hoc briefs.
4. Support sourcing and managing artwork and materials for projects.
5. Oversee project management and delivery of creative assets across Store, Delivery, and Events.
6. Control traffic and resources, ensuring timely asset delivery within scope and budget.
7. Handle creative and content briefs, providing feedback during execution.
8. Oversee workflow, project priorities, quality control, and delivery of printed resources.
9. Maintain and communicate production schedules and deadlines.
10. Manage creative budgets effectively.
11. Require 2-3 years of experience in project management, marketing, or creative roles.
12. Be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
13. Understand project priorities and schedule accordingly.
14. Be driven, proactive, and a problem solver.
15. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
16. Have knowledge of all aspects of the creative process.
17. Be detail-oriented with a keen eye for proofreading.
18. Be an idea generator who enjoys brainstorming.
