The Creative Production Manager should be a highly organised and resourceful individual that can lead the end-to-end production of creative projects, from concept to delivery. You will ensure campaigns and content are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, a creative eye, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

This role will deliver all creative content ranging from company-wide live broadcasts and filming to product animations and interactive multimedia experiences for use in internal and external communication channels.

They will work with key stakeholders to define content, develop storyboards and scripts, and coordinate overall production.

The role must partner and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and manage third party suppliers as needed to drive true value and collaboration

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years in a similar role for global organisations

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Clearly demonstrate expert level knowledge of current video production techniques (lighting, filming, photography, directing and editing) and proficiency in industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Possess good stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders to produce critical business content
  • Confident and outgoing, able to quickly build strong relationships and work closely with senior level executives
  • Digital tool savvy, aware of what's out there and how to use it and a quick learner when presented with new tools
  • Breakthrough thinker, attracted by finding new and better ways to do things, curious and willing to learn
  • Collaborative by nature, committed to team achievement
  • Performs work without appreciable direction
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and time effectively
  • Well organised and detail orientated
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office
  • Ability and flexibility to travel when required

Responsibilities

  • Creative Production Management: Manage timelines, resourcing, and delivery of multi-channel creative projects - including digital, print, video, and events - ensuring outputs meet brand and quality standards.
  • Artwork: Produce in-house where possible but where necessary outsource to third-party suppliers. Manage the final stages of design production, including prepping print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring correct specifications (bleeds, colour profiles, file formats, resolution) before release.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Perform detailed checks on assets for layout, consistency, typography, colour accuracy, and brand adherence across all formats before final release.
  • File Management & Versioning: Maintain organised files and asset libraries; handle version control and ensure final deliverables are archived properly for easy retrieval.
  • Template and Style Guide Maintenance: Update and maintain artwork templates and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across collateral.
  • Pre-Press & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with printers and production vendors to ensure technical requirements are met (e.g., dielines, spot colours, finishes) and troubleshoot any artwork-related issues.
  • Digital Asset Output: Prepare web, social, and email assets (JPEGs, GIFs, MP4s, HTML banners, etc.) ensuring optimal formats for screen and platform requirements.

  • Able to produce high quality creative assets and marketing materials that can differentiate Smiths Interconnect from its competitors and influence customers decision to buy from us
