Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Senior Head of Creative to own the brand’s creative strategy end to end, directing and cutting the work that goes out. You’ll be fluent across Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe suite to shape high‑velocity content for premium markets.

You’ll build a studio of designers and content creators, introducing resource planning and advanced editing, while partnering with Performance and Growth Marketing to iterate hooks and visual

Qualifications

• Nine+ years across design, video production, or art direction in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury DTC

Responsibilities

• Own the brand’s creative strategy end to end: visual identity, typography, packaging, digital, motion and campaign calendar from concept to delivery.
• Build and scale the existing studio of designers and content creators, introduce resource planning, project pipelines and advanced editing/grading craft.
