Ready to break into the fast-paced, high-energy world of fashion production? We’re looking for a Creative Production Co-Ordinator with amazing organisation skills, a sharp creative eye, and a serious passion for fashion to join our team. From organising dreamy content on location to getting hands-on at e-com shoots, this role is all about making ideas come to life and making the magic happen behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with set budgets to pull together scroll-stopping shoots across our own channels and retail partners

• Keep our admin tight (think budgets, concepts, schedules), so the everything has structure

• Build and maintain our little black book of top-tier models, glam teams, stylists & more

• Source everything from models to props to binoculars —whatever brings the brief to life

• Help plan epic campaign shoots and content creation days.

• Run the show (with helpers) on shoot days—timings, briefings, organising the steaming of samples, organising snacks, vibes—you’re the glue that keeps it together

• Support & plan with influencer events, brand collabs and community pop-ups

• Keep our studio and sample closets neat, tidy, and shoot-day ready

• Always bring ideas, energy, and a can-do attitude. (We love a proactive problem-solver!)

• Work with our market place & Ecom teams to make sure all the imagery from the shoots are ready & supplied on time and any excel sheets completed in a timely manner.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role—bonus points if it’s in fashion or content production

• An unstoppable passion for production, creativity, and the latest trends

• Someone who’s down to travel and thrives on a change of plan (hello, last-minute shoot!)

• A natural organiser who stays cool under pressure

• Confident communicator – you’re not afraid to speak up, share your ideas, and collaborate across teams

• Great eye for detail and love for storytelling through visuals

• Happy to roll up your sleeves, dive in, and get stuck into whatever needs doing
