Job summary

STUDIOCANAL KIDS & FAMILY in the UK seeks a Product Development professional to lead end-to-end development for the Paddington brand, from concept through to market launch. Reporting to the Head of Creative & Marketing, you will coordinate with licensees, agents and partners, manage approvals, and drive PD processes across Toys, Plush and interactive projects, with a hybrid office pattern.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in licensing industry.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development and approvals.
• Strong visual communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with partners for whom English is not the first language.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and approval processes for Paddington and other IPs.
• Provide timely feedback to licensees, agents and partners with clear visuals or redlines.
• Manage product development tools and asset distribution workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and Marketreach teams to align on brand standards and launches.
