We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Producer to manage end-to-end creative production and asset delivery for all marketing campaigns across SEA and MENA regions. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and global stakeholders to deliver innovative and timely creatives that resonate with regional audiences - especially for Korean and global content titles.
Key job responsibilities
Creative Production Management:
- Oversee and manage all creative marketing asset deliveries across digital, social, on-ground, and ATL channels in SEA and MENA.
- Drive end-to-end production workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Take ownership of all creative marketing outputs for Korean content titles in both SEA and MENA.
Campaign Execution & Agency Coordination:
- Lead daily coordination with creative agencies and internal partners for campaign executions.
- Brief agencies with clarity and creative direction; ensure final deliveries meet brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Maintain close alignment with the Central Producer for all Korean titles to ensure consistency and synergy in regional rollouts.
Process Optimization & Standards:
- Create, implement, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for On-Channel (OHC) deliveries.
- Set benchmarks for creative efficiency, ensuring faster turnarounds without compromising quality.
- Champion scalable and streamlined creative processes for better asset management in collaboration with Global Shared Services (GSS).
Asset Management & Delivery Efficiency:
- Lead the asset management lifecycle—ensuring systematic organization, storage, and tracking of all marketing assets.
- Drive operational excellence and production efficiency across all creative touchpoints.
- 4–7 years of experience in creative production, brand marketing, or media production within an agency or content-led platform.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and creative vendors.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows across digital, AV, and static formats.
- Passion for Korean content and a deep understanding of its fandom and cultural nuances in SEA is a big plus.
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities.
