MAYLR is seeking a Creative Producer to lead projects from brief to final delivery at our Kemsing, Sevenoaks facility. The role requires coordinating artwork, prototypes and external production with tight budgets and schedules, working across UK/US teams.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong organisation, commercial awareness, and a passion for turning ideas into physical packaging solutions. Training is available for candidates new to print/packaging.

Competenze

• Experience within print, packaging, graphic design, creative production, account management or related creative environment.
• Understanding of print, packaging and external manufacturing processes.

Mansioni

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions in response to client briefs, ensuring concepts are visually engaging and practical to manufacture.
• Create prototypes, mock-ups and samples to test concepts before manufacture.
• Review artwork, proofs and production samples for accuracy before full production.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the creative and production process.
• Manage client feedback and amendments, ensuring changes are implemented.
