We seek an experienced Creative Producer to lead the strategy and execution of static and video creatives across Google, Meta, and TikTok inventories. You will collaborate at the intersection of creativity, performance, and production—coordinating motion and graphic designers to produce compelling, high-performing ad creatives.

This role involves working closely with Paid Social and Search UA Leads, UA managers, and platform partners to bring impactful creative strategies to life. You will scale production processes, align creative outputs with performance goals, and ensure top-quality delivery across Google placements including YouTube, UAC, and Display.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, blending creative vision with operational rigor, and understanding what drives performance marketing, especially in the Wellness space.

What you'll do:
  1. Creative Strategy Ownership: Shape and execute the creative direction across Google placements—static and video;
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with UA managers, platform reps (Google Mates), and the design team for strategy alignment and execution;
  3. Team Management: Lead and empower motion and graphic designers to produce high-volume creative assets;
  4. Production Pipeline Oversight: Manage the Google-specific production pipeline from research to delivery, maintaining timelines and quality;
  5. Creative Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with UA team to implement testing strategies, interpret results, and iterate based on insights;
  6. Workflow & Process Scaling: Enhance operational efficiency for scalable asset production while maintaining quality;
  7. Localization & Distribution: Oversee creative adaptations for different markets and formats, ensuring local relevance and platform compliance;
  8. Communication with Google: Serve as the primary creative contact for Google platform representatives, aligning on trends, best practices, and opportunities.
Challenges You’ll Tackle:
  • Scale creative production to meet Google UA needs across markets and formats;
  • Drive performance-led creative thinking for Wellness user journeys;
  • Improve processes for rapid iteration and testing;
  • Balance long-term vision with high-velocity output.
Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented creative operator who combines strategy, execution, data, and design. You understand what works on YouTube, Display, and UAC, and can lead a distributed creative team. You’re comfortable engaging with Google reps and providing creative feedback.

What We Look For:
  • 5+ years in creative production, preferably in performance marketing or UA for mobile;
  • 2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving performance;
  • Strong knowledge of Google ad platforms and formats;
  • Experience leading video and static asset production for UA;
  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Bonus: experience in wellness products like fitness, health apps, mindfulness, or nutrition.
