Join to apply for the Creative Producer for Google User Acquisition (Freelance) role at Palta.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Producer for Google User Acquisition to lead strategy and execution of static and video creatives across all Google inventory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage creative teams, oversee production pipelines, and optimize creative performance for platforms like YouTube, UAC, and Display.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ownership of creative strategy across Google placements.
  2. Collaborating with UA managers, platform reps, and design teams.
  3. Leading and guiding a team of motion and graphic designers.
  4. Managing the Google-specific production pipeline from research to delivery.
  5. Implementing and analyzing creative testing and optimization strategies.
  6. Scaling workflows and processes for efficient asset production.
  7. Overseeing localization and distribution of creatives for different markets.
  8. Serving as the primary creative contact for Google platform representatives.

Challenges you’ll tackle:

  • Scaling creative production across markets and formats.
  • Driving performance-led creative strategies in the Wellness space.
  • Evolving processes for rapid iteration and testing.
  • Balancing long-term vision with high-velocity output.

Who you are:

You are detail-oriented, strategic, data-driven, and experienced in performance marketing, especially in mobile UA. You can communicate effectively with Google reps and creative teams, and have a proven track record in scaling creative output.

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years in creative production, with experience in performance marketing or UA for mobile products.
  • 2+ years leading creative teams and improving creative performance.
  • Solid knowledge of Google ad platforms and formats.
  • Experience in video and static asset production for UA.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and data-informed iteration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in wellness products is a plus.
