Oak Furnitureland is seeking a talented Creative Producer for a 12-month maternity cover based at our Bristol studio in Cribbs Causeway. Job description

We’re looking for a talented and organised Creative Producer to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Based at our Bristol studio in Cribbs Causeway, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing creative projects to life, working closely with our creative, marketing and wider teams to deliver high-quality work from brief through to completion.

The Creative Producer is a key member of the Creative team at Oak Furnitureland and plays an integral part in supporting the wider Marketing function. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering all seasonal campaigns and new product photography throughout the year. Working from initial briefing to final asset delivery, the Creative Producer ensures all shoots—photography and CGI—are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Shoot Management

• Manage the end-to-end production of all photography and CGI shoots, including seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and ad-hoc requirements.
• Work closely with the Head of Creative, Photographer, and Production Assistant to ensure all shoots are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to campaign, digital, and print objectives.
• Oversee the full production schedule, maintaining and communicating the Production Calendar across teams to meet all business deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure product samples, specifications, and any supporting materials are available when required.
• Drive the shoot plan from concept to completion, ensuring all pre-production, production, and post-production activities are seamlessly coordinated.
• Oversee the delivery of CGI assets from external CGI partners, ensuring timelines, quality expectations, and briefs are met.

Pre-Production

• Coordinate all pre-shoot planning including crew management, freelance/vendor contracts, shoot documentation, and budget alignment.
• Work with stylists to develop shoot plans, sourcing requirements, and visual references.
• Support with the booking of locations, catering, equipment, and prop organisation.
• Secure all necessary travel arrangements, accommodation, insurance, and permits for shoots.
• Negotiate and book photographers, assistants, studios, locations, and other production suppliers.
• Prepare comprehensive production packs and call sheets for all shoots.

Production & Post-Production

• Be the on-set point of contact supporting the photographer, stylist, and wider crew to ensure shoots run smoothly.
• Coordinate re-shoots or additional assets as required by Creative, Digital, and Merchandising teams.
• Work with external retouchers and internal team members to deliver final imagery, ensuring colour accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Use Photoshop knowledge to complete colour corrections, resizing, and asset checks where needed.

Asset Management

• Manage the supply, organisation, and delivery of imagery across the business.
• Support with the ongoing management of Bynder, ensuring assets are uploaded, tagged, and distributed correctly.
• Maintain clear asset records and ensure fi le structures remain consistent and compliant with internal processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Logistics, Content, Creative, and Merchandising to support the successful delivery of all campaigns.
• Communicate production schedules, milestones, and asset delivery updates to key stakeholders across the business.
• Manage relationships with external partners including CGI agencies, lighting suppliers, production houses, and image retouchers.

Compliance & Process

• Ensure all information is processed compliantly, efficiently, and accurately using Oak Furnitureland systems.
• Follow all internal procedures and uphold brand, creative, and operational standards at all times.
• Continually look for ways to improve production processes, workflows, and efficiencies.

Skills And Experience

• Experience working in a creative production or studio environment, ideally within retail, interiors, or lifestyle sectors.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and wider Creative Suite tools.
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• A proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost control.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Bynder) is advantageous.
• Understanding of CGI production and asset workflows is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering best-in-class visual content.
