What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering engaging lessons tailored to your pupils’ needs

Collaborating with teaching teams to support positive behaviour and progress

Differentiating your teaching to ensure inclusion and access for all learners

Supporting academic, social, and emotional development

Maintaining a safe, nurturing environment with strong safeguarding practice

What You’ll Need

We’re seeking someone with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine passion for working with diverse learners:

Qualifications: UK QTS (or equivalent recognised overseas teaching qualification)

Experience: Previous classroom experience, ideally across EYS, KS1 or KS2

Skills: Strong communication, classroom presence, collaborative mindset, and safeguarding awareness

Bonus if you have: Experience with SEND, trauma-informed approaches or EAL learners
