Job summary

1st Note Education in Cobham, Surrey seeks an enthusiastic Music Teacher to join an independent prep school. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2 and inspire young learners. The contract runs Autumn Term with potential extension into Spring Term, four days per week, Monday to Thursday.

Strong planning, creativity and a love of music are essential. A QTS or equivalent is preferred, though strong candidates without QTS are welcome; own transport is required as the school is not

Qualifications

• Teach Music to pupils from EYFS through to KS2 (Year 1–Year 6 approximate).
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate music lessons.
• Develop pupils' musical knowledge, confidence and practical skills.
