Job summary

Prestation Innovations is seeking an Apparel & Graphic Designer in Telford to shape outdoor apparel collections across multiple brands. You will collaborate with Product Development, Brand Managers and suppliers to bring concepts to finished products.

The role requires creative, organized and proactive designers with strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills and a good grasp of branding. Office-based position with potential hybrid working after an initial period.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel or graphic design roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of branding and brand guidelines.
• Experience creating tech packs and packaging designs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and development of apparel ranges across brands.
• Research trends, materials and developments in outdoor apparel.
• Design across lifestyle and technical fishing apparel.
• Create tech packs to support production.
• Liaise with suppliers and Brand Managers from concept to production.
• Create packaging designs and apparel graphics.
• Support the wider design team with file management and archiving.
