Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel design or related creative role.
• Proficient with Illustrator and Photoshop, and strong branding sense.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and product packaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and development of apparel ranges across multiple brands.
• Research trends, materials and technical developments in outdoor apparel.
• Create and develop detailed tech packs to support production.
• Liaise with suppliers and Brand Managers from concept to finished product.
• Create packaging designs and apparel-related graphic design projects.
• Assist the wider design team with file management and day-to-day tasks.
