Job summary

The Barbour, a global marketing team at our South Shields head office, is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Services Manager on a temporary maternity cover to lead the photo studio and graphics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Photo studio and Graphics teams to ensure high performance.
• Oversee photo studio disciplines to coordinate styling, photography and production.
• Balance workload, plan resources, and align outputs with global brand strategy.
• Own end-to-end creative workflows from brief to delivery.
• Monitor timelines and capacity, resolving bottlenecks proactively.
• Manage budgets and drive cost-effective solutions.
