TL;DR
Love games? Love getting things done even more? We’re looking for a Creative Operations Director to bring order to the chaos, keep projects profitable, and help shape the future of our agency. Must know their way around a budget, a schedule, and a production pipeline. And not be afraid to get stuck in.
WHO ARE OTHER THINGS?
We’re a creative agency focusing on gaming and entertainment industries. We produce videos, websites, marketing, brand assets, and more for some of the world’s biggest gaming brands.
We’re called Other Things.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to bring structure to the chaos and clarity to our creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
This is a senior, pivotal role. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, on time, on budget, and without burnout.
You’ll own operations: managing resources, refining systems, controlling budgets, and keeping the team moving. You’ll work closely with leadership, shaping growth, setting expectations, and resolving issues.
As part of a small team, you’ll bring experience and strategic insight but also handle daily tasks like running standups, updating timelines, and coordinating freelancers.
You’ll also interact with clients regarding timelines, scopes, and approvals. If you have a network of reliable editors, devs, or designers, that’s a plus.
If you’ve looked at a Trello board and thought, “this could be better,” then we’re on the same page.
This is a rare chance to influence our operations and help Other Things grow.
