WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to bring structure and clarity to our creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows, ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
This senior role involves ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining team well-being.
You’ll manage resources, refine workflows, oversee budgets, and collaborate with leadership to steer company growth. You’ll be hands-on, managing daily operations, updating timelines, and coordinating freelancers.
You’ll also liaise with clients on timelines, scopes, and approvals, and maintain a network of reliable partners.
