Job summary

onlyFE is seeking an exceptional lecturer to join the media team at the Southend campus. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across Level 1–3 programmes, and assume Course Leader responsibilities for a group of learners.

The role includes assessing learners and providing formative and summative feedback to drive progress within a supportive team. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical media skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Premiere Pro preferred), and

Qualifications

• Must hold, or be prepared to work towards, a teaching qualification; full funding for in-house Cert Ed (Level 5) or PGCE (Level 6).
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject with English and Maths at Level 2 is required.
• Strong practical media skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud are advantageous.
