Job summary

Fife College in Scotland invites applications from dedicated educators to join our Creative Media Production Team. You will deliver learning and teaching activities across Digital Media Content Generation (Audio/Visual) and support learners to achieve their goals, in a variety of settings.

You will evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness, collaborate with colleagues to raise standards, and maintain accurate attendance and achievement records.

Qualifications

• Qualified to HND/Degree (SCQF 8/9) or SVQ Level 4/5 in the relevant vocational area or highest level qualification in the relevant discipline
• Relevant current academic experience
• Desirable: Teaching Qualification in Further Education (TQFE)
• Broad demonstrable experience of curriculum delivery
• Proven record of evaluative ability, to recognise areas for improvement and plan for excellence

Responsibilities

• Deliver Learning and Teaching activities to a broad range of learners and in a variety of educational settings
• Primarily teach candidates in subject areas of Digital Media Content Generation (Audio/ Visual)
• Evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team performance and curriculum quality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and achievement
