Location: Tamworth (5 Days On-Site)


Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Full-Time, Permanent

On behalf of our client, a market-leading business in their sector, we are seeking a talented and hands-on Creative Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with strong digital skills, creative flair, and a proactive mindset to lead and execute innovative campaigns.

The Role

This is a pivotal position within the business, ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing who is ready to take ownership of strategy and delivery. You'll lead on content creation, digital campaigns, website performance, and PR, playing a key role in brand development and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels

Create engaging content for campaigns, press releases, and website updates

Manage SEO and PPC activity to drive online visibility and traffic

Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics and CRO techniques

Oversee PR and communications to strengthen brand presence

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 Years' Marketing Experience In a Similar Role

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics

Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills

Experience with website management, UX, and performance optimisation

Familiarity with PR, media relations, and brand development

Self-starter with strong organisational and project management skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential due to rural office location)
