Job summary

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Creative & Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced interior design client on a maternity cover contract, starting ASAP until December 2027. You will set the creative vision, lead a team and still dive into daily execution.

You will take the lead on creative output, from brand development and campaign assets to photography, retouching and content creation, while coordinating studio workflow and ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial creative/marketing experience — ideally within interiors, retail or product-led brands.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Strong photography and retouching skills; DSLR experience (Canon).
• Experience with Shopify & PIM; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Rush & After Effects.

• Photographing and retouching products and lifestyle content
• Managing studio workflow and high-volume image assets
• Supporting customers with creative and media content
• Keeping us ahead of the latest design, media & AI trends.

What you'll bring:

• Proven commercial creative/marketing experience — ideally within interiors, retail or product-led brands
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Strong photography and retouching skills
• DSLR experience, ideally Canon
• Shopify & PIM experience

• Excellent organisation and the ability to thrive at pace
• Confidence leading a team and juggling multiple projects

This role is based 5 days per week onsite at the brand's North London based HQ
