Creative Manager - Brand Marketing

Team: Brand Marketing and Communications

This role involves working with an international health and beauty company that specializes in creating luxury products.

EMR has been approached to assist in hiring a new Creative Project Manager. The successful candidate will join the global brand, marketing, and creative team of 10 members, based at the European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

The Creative Project Manager will oversee the management and tracking of projects across seven streams: Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ambassador Programme, Creative, Content, and Technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple projects within the creative, branding, and communications teams
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in collaboration with department heads and cross-functional teams
• Maintain financial accountability and track project budgets, providing updates to the General Manager
• Manage project lifecycles across digital, print, and packaging disciplines
• Deliver content for social media platforms and understand key social media strategies
• Oversee project progress and ensure stakeholder accountability
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders
• Keep detailed records of project progress, deliverables, and outcomes

Additional qualifications:

• Deep understanding of operational processes to streamline workflows
• Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com or Asana

The salary for this position is up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
