There is a real emphasis on creativity and creative subjects such as Art, drama and Music and the children and staff alike are encouraged to be involved in a range of enrichment activities to enhance the curriculum and their learning and development and this is all built into their creative curriculum, helping children to feel a more personal connection to their work. Here at Protocol Education we are seeking Creative Learning Supports in our primary schools!

A successful candidate will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 in Childcare OR have experience in the Childcare sector.
• Have an understanding of the needs of the children being patient, diverse, inclusive and inspiring throughout each role required.
• Have a level of experience working with children and the different challenges that arise, this can be at either EYFS, infant or junior ages.
• Have genuine desire and motivation to help a team of committed school staff fulfill the needs of the children and deliver quality assistance.
• Ideally have a variety of experience working with different age groups, cultures and environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Grow and gain positive relationships with the pupils and also their support systems eg: parents, carers and professionals.
• Assisting pupils and teachers to deliver a high quality learning standard and obtain expected knowledge for the relevant key stages.
• Facilitating small group interventions.
• To ensure the lessons delivered are to a high standard acting on instruction and guidance given by teacher or senior members.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
