A leading training platform for runners is seeking a Performance Creative Lead to own their performance creative function and drive strategic vision. You will collaborate with marketing teams to enhance creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while overseeing production workflows. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in creative strategy, a passion for innovation, and proficiency in tools like Figma. You\'ll be part of our growing in-house Creative team made up of producers, strategists, and UGC managers who love making scroll-stopping content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube. We’re a creative, curious bunch who aren’t afraid to test bold ideas. In this role you\'ll own the relationship with Performance Marketing Managers to make sure we’re learning from what’s working (and what’s not) — keeping the feedback loop tight, sharing insights, and making sure we’re always learning, iterating, and scaling what works.
You\'ll take full ownership of Runna’s performance creative function - setting the strategic vision, managing cross-functional production, and developing high-performing creative across channels. You\'ll report to Laura, Head of Performance Marketing.
We’re offering a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava\'s long-term incentive (stock) programs. Overview of our benefits is below:
